{"id":1503,"date":"2014-12-06T23:35:35","date_gmt":"2014-12-06T21:35:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.construieste.info\/?p=1503"},"modified":"2017-08-22T22:07:53","modified_gmt":"2017-08-22T19:07:53","slug":"cum-se-termoizoleaza-corect-o-mansarda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.construieste.info\/?p=1503","title":{"rendered":"Cum se termoizoleaz\u0103 corect o mansard\u0103?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Unul dintre sistemele constructive cele mai r\u0103sp\u00e2ndite \u00een Romania, \u00een r\u00e2ndul <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/1l7fyk1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">caselor individuale<\/a>, este Mansarda sau Etajul mansardat f\u0103r\u0103 placa din beton armat. Acest sistem este unul mai\u00a0ieftin, dar din p\u0103cate inadecvat climatului zonei de sud a Rom\u00e2niei. Motivul \u00eel reprezint\u0103 c\u0103ldura foarte mare din timpul verii.<\/p>\n<h2>Din nou ventila\u021bia:<\/h2>\n<p>Termoizolarea mansardei nu functioneaza \u00een multe dintre locuin\u021bele individuale din Romania pentru ca nu exista ventila\u021bie si ma refer aici la situatiile la care lipseste planseul din beton armat peste ultimul nivel.<\/p>\n<p>Problema este urm\u0103toarea: dac\u0103 sub \u00eenvelitoare sau in spa\u021biul dintre izola\u021bie \u0219i \u00eenvelitoare, nu circula aerul, atunci vara temperaturile \u00een mansarda devin greu de suportat. Teoria e foarte simpla: aerul foarte cald din zona dintre izola\u021bie \u0219i \u00eenvelitoare, trebuie sa circule pentru a se re\u00eemprosp\u0103ta. De asemenea, iarna poate ap\u0103rea umezeala care duce la mucegai. Din acest motiv, termoizola\u021bia trebuie ventilata. Ventila\u021bia se face prin\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/profitshare.ro\/l\/2112591\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">guri de ventila\u021bie<\/a> speciale.<\/p>\n<p>In cazul in care plafonul este paralele cu panta acoperisului, se ventileaza spatiul dintre termoizolatie si astereala.<\/p>\n<p>In cazul in care plafonul este orizontal, cu termoizolatia montata tot orizontal, deasupra lui, se ventileaza spatiul dintre plafonul termoizolat si astereala, adica asa numitul pod.<\/p>\n<p>Mai jos un film care va ajuta sa \u00een\u021belege\u021bi ideea:<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"1140\" height=\"642\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/3Nfvax0Ul5g?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-US&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aceste probleme apar pentru ca majoritatea clien\u021bilor nu apeleaz\u0103 la asistenta tehnica din partea produc\u0103torilor de \u00eenvelitori si termoizola\u021bii si nici nu isi fac un proiect complet de arhitectura, neav\u00e2nd astfel acces la detaliile corecte. Din p\u0103cate am \u00eent\u00e2lnit si arhitec\u021bi care nu cunosc aceste detalii, iar produc\u0103torii de vata si tabla ieftine nu au prospecte, cu instalarea corecta a acestor materiale. Probabil ca nici echipele lor de montatori nu sunt instruite sa realizeze aceste detalii.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un material produs de o firma mare, cu experien\u021b\u0103, are \u00een spate ani de cercetare si inovare. Speciali\u0219tii acestor firme au dezvoltat \u00een timp detalii corecte de punere \u00een opera \u0219i pot\u00a0instrui orice echipe pentru montaj si chiar acorda asistenta tehnica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Majoritatea informa\u021biilor de pe site-urile rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti sunt gre\u0219ite sau incomplete. Singurele site-uri care prezint\u0103 informa\u021bia corecta sunt cele ale produc\u0103torilor, nu dau multe informa\u021bii, dar m\u0103car sunt corecte. Dupa cum o sa vede\u021bi mai jos, americanii au un sistem de informare publica extraordinar de bine pus la punct \u0219i cu informa\u021bii corecte scrise de c\u0103tre speciali\u0219ti \u00een domeniu, nu de cine \u0219tie ce meseria\u0219\u00a0sau v\u00e2nz\u0103tor de materiale, pe cine \u0219tie ce forum. Parcurg\u00e2nd materialele urm\u0103toare o sa \u00een\u021belege\u021bi ca o construc\u021bie are nevoie de un proiect complet si asistenta tehnica din partea proiectan\u021bilor.<\/p>\n<h2>Cum se face?<\/h2>\n<p>Pentru a afla detaliile corecte pentru termoizolarea mansardelor apelam din nou la americani si anume\u00a0<strong>U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)<\/strong>, unde g\u0103sim un ghid complet despre termoizolarea podurilor si mansardelor:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.energystar.gov\/ia\/partners\/publications\/pubdocs\/DIY_Guide_May_2008.pdf?453b-810b\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.energystar.gov\/ia\/partners\/publications\/pubdocs\/DIY_Guide_May_2008.pdf?453b-810b<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Iat\u0103\u00a0ce ne \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 ei:<\/h2>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Installing Rafter Vents<\/h3>\n<p>To completely cover your attic floor with insulation out to the eaves you need to install rafter vents (also called insulation baffles). Complete coverage of the attic floor along with sealing air leaks will ensure you get the best performance from your insulation. Rafter vents ensure the soffit vents are clear and there is a channel for outside air to move into the attic at the soffits and out through the gable or ridge vent. To install the rafter vents, staple them directly to the roof decking. Rafter vents come in 4-foot lengths and 14-1\/2 and 22-1\/2 inch widths for different rafter spacings. Rafter vents should be placed in your attic ceiling in between the rafters at the point where your attic ceiling meets your attic floor.<\/p>\n<p>Once they are in place, you can then place the batts or blankets, or blow insulation, right out to the very edge of the attic floor. Note: Blown insulation may require an additional block to prevent insulation from being blown into the soffit. Da, e vorba de cel in care se inghesuie vata minerala intre capriori cu diferenta ca, la ei, casele au un pod ventilat nu direct mansarda! La americani totul este o \u0219tiin\u021b\u0103 si se pare ca ideea de izola\u021bie neventilata a ap\u0103rut tocmai datorita scurgerilor accidentale ale \u021bevilor de ventila\u021bie a casei direct in termoizola\u021bia orizontala a podului! Practic s-au \u00eencurcat \u00een \u0219tiin\u021be! \ud83d\ude42 \u00a0Atentie, podul este insa ventilat, lucru foarte important.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"1140\" height=\"642\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Ggk-ran6NKw?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-US&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Alte informa\u021bii legate de izolarea mansardelor:<\/h2>\n<p>Documenta\u021bii in limba romana am g\u0103sit suficiente, dar sunt incomplete sau tratate superficial, cea mai completa mi s-a parut <a href=\"http:\/\/www.austrotherm.ro\/upload\/catalog_acoperisuri.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cea de la Austrotherm<\/a>. Chiar daca nu este pentru vata minerala, ci pentru polistiren, este corecta. Va rog sa analizati acest detaliu de mai jos si sa-mi spuneti daca ati vazut vreodata in Romania facuta treaba asta? Eu personal n-am v\u0103zut pana acuma\u00a0vreo ventila\u021bie de acoperi\u0219.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.construieste.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/det_streasina.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1516 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.construieste.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/det_streasina.jpg?resize=319%2C539\" alt=\"det_streasina\" width=\"319\" height=\"539\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.construieste.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/det_streasina.jpg?w=319 319w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.construieste.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/det_streasina.jpg?resize=178%2C300 178w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 319px) 100vw, 319px\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; majoritatea caselor din Romania folosesc la acoperi\u0219 c\u0103priori 10&#215;10 sau mai mici, motiv pentru care montarea de vata intre ace\u0219tia este dificila \u0219i presupune realizarea de improviza\u021bii, pentru ca minimul de izola\u021bie este 20cm, mai mult dec\u00e2t cei 10cm disponibili intre c\u0103priori; din acest motiv eu recomand tuturor, sa realiza\u021bi un plan\u0219eu din lemn orizontal, pe care sa a\u0219eza\u021bi termoizola\u021bia, acolo unde este posibil, iar acolo unde nu este, sa se m\u0103reasc\u0103 c\u0103priorii sau sa se pun\u0103 mai putina vata; niciun detaliu nu recomanda sa se \u00eenghesuie 20cm de vata in\u00a010cm, vata devine ineficienta iar ventila\u021bia nu se mai poate face; \u0219i acum, mana sus c\u00e2\u021bi au v\u0103zut vata minerala \u00eenghesuit\u0103 intre c\u0103priori?<br \/>\n&#8211; izola\u021bia termica optima se bazeaz\u0103 \u0219i pe efectul iner\u021biei termice, care se traduce in practica printr-un element care se \u00eenc\u0103lze\u0219te mai greu si se r\u0103ce\u0219te mai greu, spre exemplu betonul; o cl\u0103dire cu plan\u0219eu din beton peste etaj \u0219i pod este cu infinit mai r\u0103coroas\u0103 vara sau mai calda iarna dec\u00e2t una cu mansarda;lua\u021bi ca exemplu casele vechi din zidarie, cu pere\u021bi gro\u0219i, nu-i asa ca vara e mult mai r\u0103coare? va recomand din proprie experien\u021b\u0103 sa evita\u021bi mansardele in zonele sudice ale Rom\u00e2niei unde vara temperaturile sunt mari, sau dac\u0103 nu pute\u021bi, sa realiza\u021bi o izolare termica si \u00a0o ventila\u021bie corespunz\u0103toare pe baza unui proiect tehnic nu pe baza me\u0219terilor!<br \/>\n&#8211; toat\u0103 teoria de mai sus ar trebui sa va atrag\u0103 aten\u021bia ca\u00a0o casa cu <a href=\"http:\/\/www.construieste.info\/?p=524\">plan\u0219eu din beton<\/a> peste ultimul etaj este cea mai buna solu\u021bie;<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0Aten\u021bie!<\/h2>\n<p>Av\u00e2nd in vedere num\u0103rul mare de solicit\u0103ri de solu\u021bii, primite pe email sau blog, va rog sa \u00een\u021belege\u021bi ca articolul nu este o reclama, ci un mod de a va atrage aten\u021bia ca trebuie sa apela\u021bi la speciali\u0219ti. Eu nu acord asistenta prin email sau comentarii, pentru ca o solu\u021bie necesita in primul rand asistenta tehnica la \u0219antier. Daca solu\u021bia nu este implementata corect ea este inutila.
