Circula mitul asta\u00a0intre constructori\u00a0 si pe la unii proiectanti, ca trebuie sa faci un radier din beton armat ca fundatie pentru un subsol partial, caci altfel apa se infiltreaza si ti-l inunda. Apa nu se poate infiltra prin pardoseala unui subsol dec\u00e2t dac\u0103 p\u00e2nza freatica este imediat sub si in acest caz avem un articol dedicat despre cum se face,<a href=\"http:\/\/www.construieste.info\/?p=4112\"> il gasiti aici<\/a>.<br \/>Apa din ploaie, daca exista trotuare, nu ajunge pana sub pardoseala. Ea poate intra prin pereti, motiv pentru care este indicat sa hidroizolezi pere\u021bii subsolului. De asemenea nu uitati ca este foarte important ca umpluturile perimetrale sa fie realizate din argila compactata.
