Tasarea este un fenomen perfect natural \u0219i imposibil de evitat. Tasarea este controlabila prin calcul si de regula \u00eencepe in momentul construirii cl\u0103dirii, stabiliz\u00e2ndu-se la o perioada oarecare dup\u0103 darea in exploatare. Tas\u0103rile obi\u0219nuite sunt de ordinul milimetrilor.<\/p>\n<p>Funda\u021bia unei cl\u0103diri trebuie dimensionata ca sa se taseze egal pe toat\u0103 suprafa\u021ba cl\u0103dirii. Radierul nu este singura modalitate de fundare care asigura asta, de\u0219i de multe ori este indicat asa, mai ales de c\u0103tre geotehnicieni. Este important \u00eensa ca funda\u021bia sa fie armata corespunz\u0103tor, funda\u021biile f\u0103r\u0103 armatura nu asigura preluarea tas\u0103rilor diferen\u021biate.<\/p>\n<h2>Tas\u0103rile diferen\u021biate:<\/h2>\n<p>Tas\u0103rile diferen\u021biate sunt cele pe care niciun inginer nu si le dore\u0219te, si care de regula apar foarte rar din motive ce tin de proiectarea gre\u0219it\u0103. Majoritatea tas\u0103rilor diferen\u021biate apar datorita infiltra\u021biilor de apa.<\/p>\n<p>Unul dintre cele mai \u00eent\u00e2lnite motive il reprezinta trotuarele degradate.
