De multe ori cei de pe santier nu au un plan de montaj ci doar isi aleg o directie principala si cu asta basta! Problema cea mai grava o reprezinta intersectia a doua grinzi \u00a0una continua si cealalata perpendiculara pe ea &#8211; vezi imaginea alaturata. In aceasta situatie particulara eu consider ca grinda perpendiculara trebuie sa fie mai jos decat cea continua pentru altfel ciocurile armaturii acesteia pot influenta negativ pozitia armaturilor din cealalt\u0103 grinda. De asemenea armaturile de la partea de jos trebuie sa fie mai scurte decat cele de sus astfel incat ciocurile sa poata trece unul pe langa celalalt si pentru nu influenta negativ armatura de la partea de jos din grinda continua. Practic foarte putini meseriasi isi bat capul cu asta pe santier, din pacate.<\/p>\n<p>2. Daca nu exista o strategie de lucru\u00a0si niste etape foarte clar mentionate fierarilor\u00a0se uita de etrieri in stalpi la noduri. In fotografii se vede clar ca nu sunt montati, si de asemenea e foarte clar ca nu mai pot fi montati. Unde s-a gresit? Trebuiau pusi intai etrieri in stalpi, apoi \u00a0barele de la partea inferioara cu etrierii si apoi barele de sus. Solutia de remediere? Demontare si refacere!<\/p>\n<p>3. La intersectia unei grinzi principale cu una secundara, nu se monteaza etrieri in zona respectiva. De ce? Pentru ca de cele mai multe ori se uita, sau se considera ca nu sunt importan\u021bi. Sfatul meu pentru proiectantii incepatori este sa puna si armaturi inclinate la intersec\u021bie, macar alea sa r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 dac\u0103 nu se monteaz\u0103 etrierii.\u00a0Solutia de remediere? Demontare si refacere!<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Cum repari <\/strong><\/em>lipsa etrierilor la noduri! Ca si proiectant recomand ca cea mai buna solutie demontarea si refacerea pentru ca un nod neconfinat e inutil. Se mai practica si introducerea de etrieri din doua bucati in forma de U care se suprapun dar nu este o solutie pentru orice fel de nod, se poate accepta numai in cazuri izolate atunci cand lipsesc doar c\u00e2\u021biva etrieri, nu to\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Concluzii:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Dec\u00e2t sa demontezi si sa refaci mai bine faci un plan de montaj pe care il explici fierarilor si scapi de griji. Oamenii de pe santier nu sunt tampiti, dar \u00een marea lor majoritate nu sunt con\u0219tien\u021bi de importanta celor enumerate mai sus, si deci nu-si vor pune niciodata aceste probleme. Dar, tocmai din acest motiv ar trebui sa existe un inginer la fiecare \u0219antier si un diriginte, m\u0103car ei sa corecteze.<\/p>\n<p>2.E foarte important sa proiectezi conform tendin\u021belor moderne din domeniu, dar \u0219antierul poate da peste cap toate calcule. Betonul este, din pacate, cel mai imprevizibil material de constructie, datorita calitatii proaste a executiei.
