{"id":628,"date":"2015-05-22T14:19:07","date_gmt":"2015-05-22T11:19:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.construieste.info\/?p=628"},"modified":"2015-10-05T14:41:01","modified_gmt":"2015-10-05T11:41:01","slug":"placa-cota-0-00","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.construieste.info\/?p=628","title":{"rendered":"Placa de la cota &#8220;\u00b1 0.00&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In acest articol \u00eemi propun sa va explic pe larg cum se proiecteaz\u0103 \u0219i se executa corect placa suport a pardoselii de la cota \u00b1 0.00 \u00een cazul cl\u0103dirilor f\u0103r\u0103 subsol.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cota \u00b1 0.00 reprezinta cota superioara a pardoselii parterului. Pardoseala este formata din finisaje (parchet, gresie etc.) o \u0219ap\u0103, toate acestea av\u00e2nd ca suport\u00a0o placa din beton armat. Placa din beton armat se afla la o cota de genul -0.10, -0.05 etc. \u00een func\u021bie de cum considera arhitectul ca trebuie realizate finisajele.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In cazul cl\u0103dirilor f\u0103r\u0103 subsol placa suport a pardoselii se va realiza de tipul pe umplutura, ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 ca rezemarea ei va fi continua av\u00e2nd ca reazem o umplutura din p\u0103m\u00e2nt argilos foarte bine compactat. Sub aceasta placa se monteaz\u0103 un strat de termoizola\u021bie din polistiren extrudat \u0219i un strat de rupere a capilarit\u0103\u021bii din pietri\u0219 m\u0103rg\u0103ritar. Principiul de baza este redat \u00een detaliul de mai jos. Pentru detaliul specific de mai sus tehnologia ar fi urm\u0103toarea:<\/h2>\n<p>Armaturile de la partea superioara a pl\u0103cii (c\u0103l\u0103re\u021bii) se vor monta odata cu armaturile din \u00a0eleva\u021bii (socluri) sau grinzi. Betonul din acestea se va turna pana la cota superioara a pl\u0103cii. Dupa \u00eent\u0103rirea acestuia c\u0103l\u0103re\u021bii se vor \u00eendoi in sus si se va trece la realizarea umpluturii de p\u0103m\u00e2nt, a compact\u0103rii acesteia, la montarea conductelor de instala\u021bii \u0219i a stratelor de sub placa pardoselii (pietri\u0219 m\u0103rg\u0103ritar, polistiren). Se vor monta apoi plasele STNB de la partea inferioara a pl\u0103cii, se vor aduce la pozi\u021bia ini\u021bial\u0103 c\u0103l\u0103re\u021bii, se va monta reparti\u021bia \u22058\/20 \u0219i caprele de sub ace\u0219tia si se va turna betonul din placa pe umplutura.<br \/>\nDe\u0219i nu este recomandata \u00eendoirea armaturii este un compromis pe care trebuie sa-l facem pentru a evita intreruperea turnarii imediat sub placa. De ce se evita asta? Pentru ca la realizarea umpluturilor cu p\u0103m\u00e2nt mizeria va intra \u00een eleva\u021bii, ap\u0103r\u00e2nd astfel un rost tocmai unde nu ar fi nevoie de el. Ruperea\u00a0capilarit\u0103\u021bii<\/h2>\n<p>Sunt voci care sus\u021bin ca se poate folosi\u00a0pietri\u0219, balast, piatra sparta sau pietri\u0219 cu sortul 7-31mm, \u00eens\u0103 din c\u00e2te \u00eemi aduc eu aminte de la fizica, cu cat diametrele sunt mai mic cu at\u00e2t capilaritatea se rupe mai u\u0219or, iar m\u0103rg\u0103ritarul av\u00e2nd un sort mic, f\u0103r\u0103 nisip, dar cu muchii\u00a0rotunde creaz\u0103 mai u\u0219or goluri fiind \u0219i mai u\u0219or de nivelat. Si pietri\u0219ul cu sortul 7-31mm este bun, dar mai greu de nivelat, g\u00e2ndi\u021bi-va ca peste el se monteaz\u0103 termoizola\u021bia, iar planeitatea este importanta.<\/p>\n<p>Exista zone pe glob unde aceasta pardoseala se realizeaz\u0103 pe cofraj pierdut pentru a realiza un asa numit &#8220;vid sanitar&#8221;, considerat absolut necesar in zonele in care emisiile de <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Radon\" target=\"_blank\">Radon<\/a> sunt peste limitele acceptabile, av\u00e2nd astfel \u00a0o ventila\u021bie a spa\u021biului de sub placa. In Romania nu am \u00eent\u00e2lnit pana acuma aceasta solu\u021bie, dar se practica cu succes \u00een Fran\u021ba, Algeria si \u00een alte \u021bari.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Necesitatea\u00a0c\u0103l\u0103re\u021bilor:<\/h2>\n<p>Si aici sunt voci care sus\u021bin ca nu sunt necesari c\u0103l\u0103re\u021bi. Cu ce\u00a0p\u0103m\u00e2nt\u00a0se umple?<\/h2>\n<p>Recomandare este ca umplutura s\u0103 se realizeze cu p\u0103m\u00e2nt argilos nu cu stratul vegetal. Argila este singura care poate asigura un grad de compactare corespunz\u0103tor rezem\u0103rii unei astfel de placi. Ce facem c\u00e2nd nu avem argila? Facem o placa calculata \u0219i armata ca una nerezemata pe umplutura.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Se poate ca pardoseala sa rezeme direct pe\u00a0eleva\u021bie\u00a0(soclu)?<\/h2>\n<p>Da, se poate dar atunci lungimea armaturilor din st\u00e2lpi trebuie sa fie mai lunga cu 10-15 cm sau ce grosime are placa. Centurile au o grosime cu 5cm mai mare decat grosimea zidurilor =&gt; grosimea depaseste cu 2,5cm grosimea peretilor pe interior (se poate vedea acest lucru in fotografii) si cu 2,5cm pe exterior (asta pentru a avea o incarcare simetrica a centurilor). Placa ar trebui sa aiba ca sprijin acesti 2,5cm de jur-imprejur.<br \/>\nOdata ce placa nu preia forta exercitata de tot restul casei (pereti, centuri superioare, structura acoperis, incarcare mansard, etc.), acest lucru ma face sa cred ca placa poate avea o duritate mai mica + armare mai usoara decat in mod normal.<br \/>\nIncaperile au dimensiuni utile de maxim 4mx5m.<br \/>\nINTREBAREA:<br \/>\nPot turna o placa cu inaltimea de 9cm sau 10cm care sa se reazeme pe umarul de 2,5cm pe care il am de la centurile superioare?<br \/>\nNeavand lasate mustati din centuri, armatura placii va fi independenta de armatura centurilor.
