Olandezii nu se roag\u0103 s\u0103 nu vin\u0103 apa, ei construiesc sisteme ca s\u0103 o opreasc\u0103.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\">De secole, lupta lor a fost constant\u0103. Au \u00eenceput cu diguri de p\u0103m\u00e2nt, au continuat cu mori de v\u00e2nt pentru desecare, apoi sta\u021bii de pompare pe aburi (pute\u021bi vedea machete impresionante la muzeul Madurodam). Dar apogeul ingineriei este protec\u021bia modern\u0103 a portului Rotterdam.<\/p>\n<p>Bineinteles ca la inceputuri aceste zone nu erau locuite, dar cu timpul, oamenii, avand nevoie de teren agricol, au inceput sa construiasca canale de desecare si sa cultive si zone de sub nivelul marii. Daca va intrebati cum e posibil, raspunsul e simplu, exista zone intinse cu bariere naturale impotriva marii. In plus oamenii au construit si ei completari ale acestor diguri incepand cu secolul 10. Construirea de diguri era un mod de a investi banii, putand apoi dispune de terenul recuperat. Cine credeti ca era cel mai mare investitor in secolele acelea? Biserica!<\/p>\n<p>Terenul fiind situat sub nivelul marii necesita, ulterior construirii digurilor, desecare permanenta, motiv pentru care s-au construit canale de colectare si indepartare a apei. Acestea se scurg in canale mai mari sau in lacuri de acumulare si intr-un final, in mare. Nu toate canalele se puteau goli prin curgerea naturala si atunci au inventat statii de pompare pe baza de aburi. Daca vizitezi expozitia <a href=\"http:\/\/www.madurodam.nl\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Madurodam<\/a> poti vedea chiar macheta unei astfel de statii, este impresionanta pentru perioada cand a fost construita, ca de altfel toata tehnologia olandeza.<\/p>\n<p>Putem spune ca in ceea ce priveste digurile, daca vrei sa inveti te duci in Olanda. Ei au tot felul de diguri, naturale, artificiale din nisip, beton, lemn si metal. Eu am vizitat cel mai mare dig mobil din lume, numit Maeslantkering. Din cate stiu este una din cele mai mari\u00a0structuri mobile\u00a0din lume. Prima, se pare ca este structura de inchidere a reactorului de la Cernobil. Noua structura, caci cea veche trebuie inlocuita. Odat\u0103 ajunse pe pozi\u021bie, se umplu cu ap\u0103 \u0219i se scufund\u0103 pe fundul canalului, form\u00e2nd un zid masiv de o\u021bel.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"17,2,0\"><b>Rezisten\u021ba:<\/b> Nicio pic\u0103tur\u0103 de ap\u0103 din Marea Nordului nu trece spre ora\u0219.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Detaliul tehnic care fascineaz\u0103 orice structurist: Rotula Sferic\u0103<\/h4>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"19\">Ceea ce m-a impresionat cel mai mult ca inginer nu a fost doar dimensiunea, ci solu\u021bia tehnic\u0103 de prindere. Cum ancorezi un bra\u021b de o\u021bel lung de peste 200 de metri, supus unor for\u021be colosale din partea valurilor? Olanda este tara care m-a impresionat cel mai mult prin inteligenta si determinarea de care au dat dovada acesti oameni in lupta lor cu natura, iata mai jos povestea care arata rezilienta lor.<\/p>\n<h1>Istoria:<\/h1>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Totul a plecat de la tragedia din 1953, c\u00e2nd Marea Nordului a rupt digurile existente \u0219i a inundat sud-vestul Olandei, ucig\u00e2nd peste 1.800 de oameni. Atunci, olandezii au spus \u201eNiciodat\u0103 din nou\u201d \u0219i au conceput planul <b>Delta Works<\/b> \u2013 cel mai mare sistem de ap\u0103rare \u00eempotriva inunda\u021biilor din lume.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\">Maeslantkering a fost <b>piesa final\u0103<\/b> a acestui puzzle imens. De ce a fost construit ultimul? Pentru c\u0103 a fost cea mai grea provocare inginereasc\u0103. Inginerii aveau o dilem\u0103 major\u0103: trebuiau s\u0103 protejeze Rotterdamul, dar nu puteau construi un baraj fix (clasic) pentru c\u0103 ar fi blocat accesul navelor c\u0103tre cel mai mare port al Europei, distrug\u00e2nd economia \u021b\u0103rii.<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"6\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\"><b>Proiectarea:<\/b> A durat ani de zile s\u0103 g\u0103seasc\u0103 solu\u021bia acestor \u201epor\u021bi batante\u201d care stau deschise 99% din timp.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\"><b>Construc\u021bia:<\/b> A \u00eenceput abia \u00een <b>1991<\/b> \u0219i a durat 6 ani, lucrarea fiind inaugurat\u0103 de Regina Beatrix pe 10 mai <b>1997<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\"><b>Costul:<\/b> Aproximativ 450 de milioane de Euro (echivalentul de atunci).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">Este fascinant cum au lucrat la acest plan Delta timp de peste 40 de ani, indiferent de cine a fost la guvernare. Au terminat proiectul exact a\u0219a cum \u0219i-au propus.<\/p>\n<p>Sper ca un politician sa citeasca acest articol si sa inteleaga ca inundatiile cu care ne confruntam in fiecare an sunt nesemnificative si ca pot fi luate masuri de punere in siguranta a locuitorilor acelor zone, fara eforturi prea mari. Olandezii chiar au gasit si un sistem ingenios de a utiliza apa suplimentara pentru irigatii in perioadele secetoase.<\/p>\n<h4>[Sec\u021biune Tehnic\u0103 Extins\u0103]<\/h4>\n<h5>De ce funda\u021bia se deplaseaz\u0103 10-20 cm? C\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torul a fost consor\u021biul care a venit cu o idee revolu\u021bionar\u0103: <b>\u201eDac\u0103 nu putem pune st\u00e2lpi \u00een ap\u0103, hai s\u0103 punem st\u00e2lpii pe mal \u0219i s\u0103 facem por\u021bile s\u0103 pluteasc\u0103.\u201d<\/b> Conceptul a fost inspirat de <b>anatomia uman\u0103<\/b> (articula\u021bia um\u0103rului) \u0219i de principiul submarinelor (umplerea tancurilor de balast pentru scufundare). Practic, c\u00e2nd nu e folosit\u0103, bariera st\u0103 \u201eparcat\u0103\u201d \u00een docuri uscate pe mal, l\u0103s\u00e2nd canalul 100% liber.<\/p>\n<h5 data-path-to-node=\"0\">Proiectantul:<\/h5>\n<h5>1. Consor\u021biul C\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103tor: BMK (Bouwcombinatie Maeslantkering)<\/h5>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">Statul olandez (prin Rijkswaterstaat) nu a venit cu proiectul gata f\u0103cut. Ei au lansat o provocare de tip <b>\u201eDesign &amp; Construct\u201d<\/b> (Proiectare \u0219i Execu\u021bie) \u2013 ceva foarte rar la acea vreme pentru lucr\u0103ri de risc maxim.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Consor\u021biul BMK a fost format din gigan\u021bii construc\u021biilor olandeze:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"5\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\"><b>Hollandia Kloos<\/b> (speciali\u0219tii \u00een confec\u021bii metalice \u2013 ei au f\u0103cut \u201ebestia\u201d de o\u021bel \u0219i rotula).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\"><b>HBG<\/b> (Hollandsche Beton Groep, acum parte din BAM) \u2013 responsabili cu betoanele \u0219i funda\u021biile masive.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,2,0\"><b>Volker Stevin<\/b> \u2013 lucr\u0103ri hidrotehnice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Arhitectul: Wim Quist<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">De\u0219i e o lucrare inginereasc\u0103, forma ei final\u0103 a fost \u0219lefuit\u0103 de arhitectul <b>Wim Quist<\/b> (profesor \u0219i arhitect modernist).<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"8\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\">El este cel care a impus estetica minimalist\u0103, industrial\u0103.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\">A refuzat orice element decorativ inutil. Filozofia lui a fost: <b>\u201eAceasta nu este o cl\u0103dire, este o ma\u0219in\u0103. Trebuie s\u0103 arate ca o ma\u0219in\u0103.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,2,0\">Datorit\u0103 lui, grinzile cu z\u0103brele sunt vopsite \u00een albul acela specific, pentru a p\u0103rea mai u\u0219oare vizual \u00een peisajul plat al Olandei, \u0219i toate \u00eembin\u0103rile sunt curate.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>3. Ingineria Structural\u0103: J.M. van Westen (\u0219i echipa Rijkswaterstaat)<\/h5>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\">Ideea de baz\u0103 (poarta plutitoare cu rotul\u0103) a ap\u0103rut \u00een cadrul departamentului tehnic al beneficiarului (Rijkswaterstaat), fiind rafinat\u0103 de inginerii consor\u021biului. Nu exist\u0103 un \u201eEiffel\u201d al acestui proiect, ci e rezultatul unei munci colective de calcul.<\/p>\n<h5>Exist\u0103 structuri similare?<\/h5>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"17\">Maeslantkering este unicat prin combina\u021bia de <b>rotul\u0103 sferic\u0103 + structur\u0103 plutitoare<\/b>.
